Radar Log Echo: Final Week and Hackathon Wrap-up

Week 5 Radar update features final presentation prep, ZK compression tests, and LOOK address lookup service launch.

As we conclude the Radar hackathon, we're excited to share our team's key achievements. Our focus this week was on finalizing our presentation and conducting crucial experiments with ZK compressed accounts.

For the Radar Hackathon, we concentrated on two critical areas: risk management and programmable investment policies, showcasing the potential of our GLAM platform on Solana.

Our embedded risk management solution provides granular control over trading activities. We used Drift to demonstrate how fund managers can precisely define and enforce risk parameters, protecting both funds and investors.

We also implemented programmable investment policies, focusing on lock-up periods enforced via the TransferHook extension. This showcases GLAM's ability to enforce complex investment policies directly onchain, ensuring compliance for all parties involved.

Recognizing the challenges of fine-grained policies and access controls, we explored ZK Compression as a solution. Our successful experiments with ZK Compressed Accounts for policy data on a local network pave the way for future mainnet implementation, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

We also introduced LOOK, an address lookup table discovery service for the Solana developer community. This public good helps developers save time and reduce transaction sizes by leveraging existing onchain lookup tables.

We're thrilled with our progress in enhancing GLAM's capabilities and contributing to the Solana ecosystem. As we move forward from the Radar hackathon, we're shifting our focus to the tokenization side of the platform. We're excited to announce that we'll soon be launching the first GLAM with a pilot customer, marking a significant milestone in our journey to revolutionize decentralized finance and asset management.
