Every GLAM vault runs under a mandate: onchain rules for who can act, on which assets, within which limits. In Q3 we worked on both sides of that mandate. Capital can now enter a vault from an ordinary swap on Titan. And the people and agents who run a vault now do it through one set of tools that the mandate governs end to end.
Vault distribution on Titan
In August, Titan began minting into GLAM vaults from its swap flow, starting with SLX to stSLX.
Allocators get vault exposure the way they get any other token: one quote, one swap. Managers get primary issuance where the demand is, instead of waiting for someone to make a market in their share token. Every mint still clears the vault's access rules, limits and mint policy onchain. Titan gets no exception.

One path for humans and agents
We spent most of Q3 on the tools that operate a vault, because more and more of that work will be done by agents. An AI agent that manages money needs a way to act. The usual answer is a hot wallet funded with the money and a script you hope is correct.
We built the opposite: the money stays in the vault. The agent operates it under the same onchain rules as any other operator, and a person decides whether it can execute at all.
To make that work, we rebuilt our three tools on one shared core:
- SDK. Reads vault state, prepares transactions and works with the protocols managers already use, from swaps and lending to staking and trading. Every action it prepares is checked against the vault's access rules and policies.
- CLI. The SDK in a terminal. Create and find vaults, inspect state and preview a change. Executing it is a separate, explicit step.
- Agent plugin. The SDK for AI agents. An agent can read a vault and preview any action, but it executes only what a person allows.
All three run an action the same way: prepare it, preview exactly what it will do, then authorize it. Every execution runs the exact transaction its preview showed. A person in a terminal and an agent in a chat take the same steps, and neither can do more than the vault allows.
What we want to see built
Agents with a mandate. An agent that manages a vault's positions on its own and can only act within the vault's guardrails.
Tokenized real world assets and equities. Products where who can hold, transfer or freeze a token is an onchain rule anyone can read, not a spreadsheet next to a multisig.
Strategies on perps and other venues. A strategy that trades where the manager already trades, and that the vault stops onchain the moment a trade falls outside its mandate.
What's next
We're bringing more vaults to swap routes like Titan, releasing the SDK, CLI and agent plugin once they're ready, and adding more protocols behind the same prepare, preview, authorize flow.
If you're building an agent, a tokenized product or a strategy that should run under a mandate, we'd like to work with you early. Reach out for access or a walkthrough.
