GLAM is seeking experienced engineers proficient in Rust or Typescript to work on our decentralized on-chain asset management protocol on the Solana blockchain. Ideal candidates have knowledge of DeFi, asset management, and fund/vault management concepts. The role involves designing, implementing, testing, and reviewing secure smart contracts that enable efficient management and operations of investment products.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into code, following smart contract security best practices, and staying up-to-date on the latest Solana developments. The position requires high agency, collaboration skills, and caring deeply about delivering impactful outcomes. One year of production Solana program development experience or production Rust experience is preferred.
